Bishop Arlando L. Williams II is a seasoned leader with over 25 years of dedicated ministry. Feeling the call of God at just 12 and a half years old, he began preaching the Gospel, launching a journey that has impacted countless lives. His passion for seeing souls saved, healed, and transformed through the power of the Holy Spirit has shaped his ministry. Under the guidance of influential mentors, he has grown into a respected voice in Christendom.

Throughout his career, Bishop Williams has served in various leadership roles, including Minister, Youth Pastor, Overseer, Church Administrator, Senior Pastor, and ultimately, Bishop. Recognized for his organizational excellence, Prophet Brian Carn has referred to him as “God’s Administrator.” In 2017, he was consecrated as a Bishop and now serves as the founding pastor of The Revival Center at Bethesda, where he continues to lead with vision and integrity.

Beyond his pastoral work, Bishop Williams is an accomplished author and recording artist. His books, Hearing God! and Becoming God’s Administrator!, have inspired many, along with his prayer CD, Intercessory Prayer with the Bishop (Live).
